B1.3 Licensed Engineer (B212 & B412) – Papua New Guinea

About the role

The client seeks a B1.3 Licensed Engineer holding B212 and B412 type ratings for a permanent rotation position in Papua New Guinea. The role involves field work on both rotary and fixed‑wing aircraft, operating in challenging terrains.

Key responsibilities

• Provide aviation maintenance and engineering support for rotary and fixed‑wing platforms.
• Perform on‑site inspections, troubleshooting and repairs in remote locations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in a 28‑days‑on / 28‑days‑off rotation schedule.

Required profile

• Valid B1.3 licence with B212 and B412 type ratings.
• Minimum two years’ experience on the relevant aircraft types.
• Holding an EASA, ICAO II or other foreign licence acceptable to CASA‑PNG.
• Honest, focused and determined individual able to work independently in the field.
