Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the portfolio marketing of Vodafone Business Connectivity, Unified Communications and Managed Services. You will shape the product marketing vision, drive growth and ensure the value of our solutions is clearly communicated to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing portfolio marketing team, fostering a culture of engagement, performance and wellbeing.
• Define and execute the product marketing strategy for Connectivity and Unified Communications portfolios, including managed services.
• Partner with Portfolio Leads and local marketing teams to deliver annual portfolio marketing plans.
• Create and maintain product positioning and messaging aligned with the Vodafone brand, producing buyer‑enabled content such as presentations, datasheets, whitepapers and videos.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and strategy.
• Manage relationships with technology partners such as Arista, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft and RingCentral.

Required profile

• Significant B2B product marketing experience focused on Connectivity and/or Unified Communications.
• Proven track record of developing positioning and messaging based on data and insights.
• Experience producing buyer‑led content across complex B2B buying journeys.
• Deep understanding of the Connectivity/Unified Communications market landscape and customer challenges.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management and influence in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent written communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear messaging.
