Team Leader / Highway Engineer

About the role

Yooshin Engineering Corporation is seeking a seasoned Highway Engineer to lead a multi‑disciplinary team for an international project in Papua New Guinea. The position is part of a proposal‑stage development initiative and offers the chance to contribute to impactful infrastructure work in a developing country.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications in civil engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in preparing highway projects.
• At least 5 years of experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams of experts.
• Preferable experience with projects funded by international financing institutions.
• Experience working in developing countries and with development agencies is highly valued.
• Prior work in Papua New Guinea or other Pacific developing nations is an advantage.
