Cafe Manager – Lead Operations & Team

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cafe Manager to lead and actively participate in the day‑to‑day operations of our café and catering services. The role focuses on driving profitability, developing staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily café and catering operations, including inventory, ordering and budgeting.
• Manage and develop a team of baristas and service staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food‑service regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address guest feedback promptly.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with strong leadership abilities.
• Experience in café, coffee‑shop or similar hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
