Channel Manager – Away from Home

About the role

The Channel Manager – Away from Home will develop and execute channel strategies to drive profitable volume growth for key customers. Working closely with the wider sales team, you will ensure strategies align with marketing and business objectives and are effectively handed over to field sales for implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop successful channel strategies for the Away from Home segment.
• Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Maximise profitable volume growth in line with marketing and business goals.
• Create detailed plans for field sales teams to implement.
• Regularly review and monitor strategy performance and execution effectiveness.

Required profile

• Well‑presented, personable and efficient, able to work independently.
• Business or marketing degree, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in FMCG sales or marketing.
• Strong analytical and numeric skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Passion for digital technologies and emerging trends.
• Ability to influence and build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
• Financial literacy.
