Customer Sales Representative – Mt. Hagen

About the role

The Customer Sales Representative will join Coca Cola Europacific Partners PNG’s sales team in Mt. Hagen, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager. You will be responsible for driving daily sales performance across assigned routes and outlets while upholding the company’s trade standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor daily sales targets for designated routes.
• Maintain CCEP trade standards and merchandising guidelines at each outlet.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers, presenting product offers and promotions.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms and resolve issues on the field.
• Collect market intelligence and report sales performance to the Area Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent experience.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Understanding of sales, marketing and operational processes.
• Proven track record of achieving results.
• Current PNG driver’s licence (Class 3 minimum) and ability to work independently.
