Dispatcher – Documentation and Load Coordination

About the role

The Dispatcher is responsible for preparing and delivering all required documentation for product loading and transport. The role ensures drivers receive accurate invoices, transfer documents and seals, supporting a smooth dispatch process.

Key responsibilities

• Interface daily with drivers to provide necessary load and delivery paperwork.
• Print and issue invoices, transfer documents and other delivery paperwork using TMS, Navision or alternative methods when required.
• Maintain and archive document copies in line with Finance‑defined retention guidelines.
• Generate credit note requests for document reversals and manage seal distribution and control.
• Support compliance with HSEQ, SAPS and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of one year experience handling accounting paperwork such as invoices and credit notes.
• Ability to work under pressure in a customer‑facing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer applications, especially TMS and Navision.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
