About the role
We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to manage telematics, reconcile invoices, and maintain fleet records. This new role supports the Transport Manager by preparing monthly invoice packs and KPI dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Administer telematics: units, users, reports, exceptions.
- Reconcile days on hire and the operator's invoice to the day rate and the manifests.
- Prepare the monthly invoice pack and KPI dashboard for the Transport Manager by day five.
- Maintain fleet records: registrations, insurance, inspections, driver licences and competencies.
- Prepare the transport lines of the client's monthly socio‑economic return.
Required profile
- Three or more years in fleet administration, accounts or data reporting.
- Advanced Excel; telematics experience an advantage.
- Accurate and organised.
