Graduate Trainee – Commercial (Kokopo)

About the role

Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners PNG is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Development Program as Commercial Trainees in Kokopo. This full‑time role offers hands‑on exposure to commercial, logistics, finance and sales functions across PNG.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial planning and execution activities.
• Assist with logistics, S&OP and supply‑chain coordination.
• Contribute to financial analysis and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple PNG locations.
• Participate in meaningful business projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work across PNG locations.
• Passion for learning, collaboration and personal growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
