About the role

The Graduate Trainee – Commercial position is part of Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners PNG’s Graduate Development Program, designed for recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience across commercial functions in Lae and other PNG locations.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Business Management (Logistics/S&OP/Commercial) or Economics/Finance/Accounting.
• Internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work across PNG locations.
• Passion for learning, collaboration and growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
