About the role

The Graduate Development Program at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG offers recent graduates a fast‑track entry into the commercial side of the business. Based in Mt Hagen, you will rotate through key functions, gain hands‑on experience and contribute to real projects that impact the market.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial activities across the PNG network, including logistics and S&OP initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on business projects and data analysis.
• Travel to various PNG locations as required to understand regional market dynamics.
• Participate in mentorship sessions and structured development workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work across PNG.
