About the role

The Graduate Development Program at Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners PNG offers recent graduates a fast‑track entry into the commercial side of a leading beverage business. Based in Port Moresby, you will rotate through key functions, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to real business projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across commercial, logistics and finance functions.
• Support data analysis, reporting and problem‑solving activities for the business.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects that drive customer and consumer focus.
• Assist with planning, forecasting and operational tasks as needed.
• Travel to various PNG locations to gain broader business exposure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to travel and work across PNG locations.
• Passion for learning, collaboration and personal growth.
• Relevant internship or work experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
