Head of Culture and Engagement

About the role

The Head of Culture and Engagement leads BSP’s strategic agenda to embed its core values and cultural anchors across the entire group. This senior position shapes, measures and drives cultural transformation, employee listening, and analytics to support business outcomes and future‑fit workforce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Activate BSP’s values (We Care, We Aspire, We Grow) by translating them into observable behaviours and embedding them in leadership, performance management, onboarding, learning and talent practices.
• Drive culture transformation through the implementation of Performance Excellence, Risk Excellence and Service Excellence anchors, creating toolkits, playbooks and interventions.
• Lead employee listening programs, including engagement surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, onboarding feedback and exit insights, ensuring alignment with values and strategy.
• Provide culture and engagement analytics via dashboards, heat maps and insight packs, delivering executive‑level reporting, recommendations and decision support.
• Partner with leaders, HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to interpret data, identify gaps, mitigate culture risks and promote actionable change.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR or culture transformation roles with a strong track record of stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning employee data into actionable insights.
• Change leadership ability to design and execute large‑scale cultural initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to embed behaviours across multiple countries and functions.
