Marketing Assistant – Property Marketing & Leasing

About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support the company’s property marketing and leasing activities for both commercial and residential properties. The role involves identifying prospective tenants, promoting vacant units, assisting with leasing documentation, monitoring market trends, and developing strategies to improve occupancy rates and rental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective tenants for commercial and residential properties.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• Previous experience in property marketing, leasing, sales or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written English for professional correspondence.
• Proactive and resourceful with the ability to identify prospects independently.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Willingness to take on new responsibilities and support other business areas.
