Packer Auto Palletiser Operator

About the role

The Packer Auto Palletiser Operator works on a fast‑paced production line, ensuring that beverage products are packed, palletised and shipped efficiently. You will operate a range of machines according to a rotation schedule and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Start‑up, change‑over (size, flavour) and shutdown of machines such as filler, mixer, blower, labeller, carton erector, case packer and palletiser.
• Monitor production flow, perform quality checks and take corrective actions when needed.
• Carry out routine maintenance (preventive, breakdown and corrective) on assigned equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food‑safety standards throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with utilities, raw‑material, warehouse, QA and maintenance teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 with a Technical Certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in FMCG manufacturing or a similar production environment.
• Good visual acuity (not colour‑blind) and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work odd hours when required and to drive a company vehicle.
• Understanding of process flow, machine principles and standard operating procedures.
