Sales Coach

About the role

The Sales Coach will work from our Port Moresby office to elevate the performance of our sales teams across the Pacific region. You will design and deliver coaching programmes, leveraging CCEP Academies, to help the team consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement coaching strategies that improve sales skills and metrics.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops and e‑learning modules for sales staff.
• Collaborate with sales management to monitor performance and identify development needs.
• Analyse sales data and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the adoption of sales optimisation tools and technology.

Required profile

• Well‑presented, personable and able to work independently in a challenging environment.
• Degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a sales manager or sales coach, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record in cold‑calling, negotiation and sales techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with e‑learning platforms.
• Familiarity with sales optimisation software.
• Technology‑savvy with quick learning capability.
