AI Native Software Engineer - Senior Analyst

About the role

We are creating the next generation of AI‑native engineers who embed generative AI into every step of software development. As a Senior Analyst‑level AI Native Software Engineer you will design, build and ship production‑grade full‑stack applications that integrate with agentic AI systems and large‑language‑model (LLM) APIs for a variety of enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI coding assistants daily to accelerate development, improve code quality and increase productivity.
• Integrate LLM provider APIs into live applications, handling token limits, latency and building abstraction layers.
• Apply AI across the software delivery lifecycle – AI‑generated tests, AI‑assisted debugging, AI‑enhanced code reviews, and prompt engineering.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from design through production support within Agile sprint cycles alongside client engineering teams.
• Define and track KPIs that measure the ROI of AI‑assisted workflows and present metrics to stakeholders.
• Contribute to shared knowledge bases, reusable components and internal AI tooling standards.
• Build and integrate application layers, APIs and interfaces that connect full‑stack systems to agentic back‑ends, managing data flows and context handoffs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Commercial software engineering experience in production environments or equivalent demonstrated through projects or internships.
• Strong judgment about reliability, limitations and failure modes of AI‑generated outputs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Java or TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools (coding assistants, prompt engineering) in day‑to‑day development.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
