About the role
Coca Cola Europacific Partners PNG is seeking an Automation Technician to ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will work closely with the Automation & Instrumentation Engineer to support manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Test, calibrate, install, repair, and inspect manufacturing equipment and monitoring devices.
- Support the Automation & Instrumentation Engineer in daily operations and troubleshooting.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Applied Physics, Electrical or related engineering.
- 2‑3 years experience as an instrumentation technician in an FMCG manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural setting.
Required skills
- Instrumentation and calibration techniques.
- PLC programming and logic troubleshooting.
- Reading and creating assembly drawings, P&ID diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Understanding of electrical hardware principles.
