Country Manager – Papua New Guinea & Solomon Islands

About the role

The Country Manager for Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands will own Kacific’s commercial operations and drive growth across both markets. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, Pacific, the role combines market‑building leadership with end‑to‑end responsibility for revenue, profitability and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Kacific’s commercial and business owner for Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.
• Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the managed‑services provider business.
• Own revenue growth, gross margin, profitability, collections and overall business performance.
• Create country business plans covering satellite broadband, enterprise connectivity, fibre‑backed redundancy, green power and network modernisation.
• Identify priority market segments and drive customer acquisition and pipeline development.
• Build strategic partnerships and lead complex solution sales.
• Expand secondary revenue through value‑added network services, managed ICT solutions and future Kacific offerings.
