End User Support Officer – ICT Support

About the role

Kina Bank is looking for a proactive End User Support Officer to join its ICT Support Team in Port Moresby. The role involves delivering effective ICT support services, ensuring reliable technology operations and enhancing the overall user experience across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for business applications and end‑user systems across the Bank.
• Monitor and manage the patching lifecycle of end‑user devices, diagnosing and resolving patch‑related issues.
• Deliver timely technical assistance and troubleshooting support to employees, gathering feedback to improve services.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in ICT technical support and service delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support technologies.
• Experience with endpoint security solutions and device management tools.
• Familiarity with patch management and software update deployment processes.
