Graduate Mechanical Trainee – Lae

About the role

We are seeking recent graduates or final‑year students in applied physics, mechanical, automation or electrical disciplines to join our Graduate Development Program as Mechanical Trainees in Lae, Papua New Guinea. The role offers a structured pathway to develop technical and business skills while contributing to Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners’ operations.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through key business functions to gain hands‑on experience in production and operations.
• Support and deliver meaningful projects that impact the beverage supply chain.
• Travel to and work across various PNG locations as required.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve analytical problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical, Automation or Electrical engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site in PNG.
• Passion for learning, collaboration and personal growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
