Graduate Trainee – Automation Technician

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Development Program as Automation Technicians. The role offers a structured pathway to develop technical and business skills while contributing to automation projects across the company’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in hands‑on automation and maintenance activities at various PNG sites.
• Support cross‑functional teams on projects that improve production efficiency.
• Travel to different locations as required to assist with technical tasks.
• Engage in mentorship sessions and receive guidance from experienced leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical, Automation or Electrical engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work across PNG locations.
• Passion for learning, collaboration and personal growth.
