About the role

The Graduate Trainee – Business Process & Technology (BPT) is part of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG’s Graduate Development Program. It is designed for recent Computer Science graduates to gain hands‑on experience across business functions while supporting process and technology initiatives in Papua New Guinea.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Internship or relevant work experience is an advantage
• Willingness to travel and work across PNG locations
• Passion for learning, collaboration and personal growth
