Graduate Trainee – Quality Control Technician

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Development Program as Quality Control Technicians. You will gain hands‑on experience across the company’s quality functions while supporting product safety and compliance throughout PNG.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting quality control tests and analyses on beverage products.
• Document and report findings to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
• Travel to various sites across PNG to perform on‑site inspections and audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple PNG locations.
• Passion for learning, collaboration, and personal growth.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
