Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join Express Prints Limited’s in‑house design team in the National Capital District, Papua New Guinea. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on producing high‑quality visual assets for print, signage and promotional merchandise that reflect our clients’ brand identities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop layout concepts for business cards, brochures, flyers, banners, vehicle wraps and other marketing collateral.
• Translate client briefs into print‑ready artwork that complies with brand guidelines and production specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure accurate colour reproduction and timely delivery.
• Meet with internal stakeholders or clients to gather design requirements and provide progress updates.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current design trends and suggest innovative solutions to enhance client branding.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work for print, signage or promotional items.
• Experience in logo design and brand identity development.
• Solid understanding of typography and layout principles.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce print‑ready files.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
