Investigation & Security Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investigation & Security Officer to oversee daily security operations, conduct investigations, and manage risk across multiple facilities. The role ensures compliance, vendor management, incident response, and safety of personnel, assets, and premises.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations into security incidents, fraud, misconduct, and policy breaches, preserving crime scenes and evidence.
• Oversee daily security operations including access control, surveillance, guard deployment, and security of key areas.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with KPIs and contractual terms.
• Conduct threat analyses, vulnerability audits, and risk assessments to protect assets and staff.
• Maintain and test emergency response and crisis management protocols, coordinating drills.
• Develop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and conduct internal audits and reporting.
• Deliver training and foster a safety‑first culture across the organization.

Required profile

• Diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Risk Management or related field; certifications in crisis/emergency management a plus.
• 5–8 years supervisory security experience in multi‑site operations.
• Proven expertise with surveillance technology, access control systems, risk assessment tools and incident reporting software.
• Strong investigative skills, evidence preservation, chain‑of‑custody procedures and knowledge of local security laws.
• Ability to make decisive decisions under pressure and communicate clearly across departments.
