Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

KTowers PNG Limited is looking for an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory control and warehouse operations across its Port Moresby hub and regional sites in Papua New Guinea.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse and inventory operations in Port Moresby, ensuring accurate system and physical stock balances.
• Coordinate inventory control across regional warehouses (Kiunga, Daru, Aimbak, Morehead) including replenishment, transfers and reconciliations.
• Maintain bin‑location management, FIFO, serial‑number traceability, project allocation and segregation of damaged or quarantined materials.
• Control inward and outward movements through accurate GRNs, dispatch notes, material issue/transfer records and supporting documentation.
• Conduct cycle counts, scheduled stocktakes, investigate variances and prepare regular inventory reports.
• Coordinate project logistics with Operations, Procurement, Finance, field teams and freight providers for remote‑site movements.
• Ensure safe, secure and orderly warehouse facilities and protect inventory against loss or damage.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff and regional inventory custodians while improving SOPs, layout and reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of warehouse, inventory or logistics experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi‑location inventory, stock reconciliation, bin systems and audit trails.
• Knowledge of FIFO, cycle counting, stocktaking and variance investigation.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality‑management systems is desirable.
• Experience in telecommunications infrastructure, tower, power/solar or remote‑site logistics is an advantage.
