职位概况

负责公司财务战略制定与落地，统筹预算、成本、资金、税务及会计核算，支持业务决策，推动财务体系建设。

主要职责

参与公司整体战略规划，制定并推动财务战略实施。
组织全面预算管理，监控执行并进行绩效考核。
负责资金计划、调度、融资及税务筹划，提升资金使用效率。
领导会计核算、报表编制及财务分析，为经营决策提供数据支持。
建立财务风险预警与合规机制，监督资产安全。
搭建并管理财务团队，协调跨部门合作。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，财务、审计、会计等相关专业。
8年以上财务工作经验，3年以上大型连锁商超或跨境零售全盘经验。
具备20人以上团队管理经验。
持有CPA、CIA、ACCA、CISA等专业证书者优先。
可使用中文和英文工作，年龄在43岁以内（40岁优先）。

必备技能

熟悉商超行业财务制度及内部控制。
具备预算管理、成本控制、资金运作和税务筹划能力。
