QAQC Coordinator

About the role

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced QA/QC Coordinator to join our PNG Operations team on site in Papua New Guinea, working a FIFO 3:3 roster. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead the implementation of the Monadelphous Quality Management policy, system and strategies, with a strong focus on quality control at the PNG site.

Required profile

• Australian recognised Trade Certificate
• Current Weld Australia Welding Supervisor AS1796 certificate 10 and/or IWS qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in a QAQC position within the resources sector
• Well‑developed communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
• Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
• Experience working in PNG or other remote locations (highly regarded)
