Senior Manager Supplier Performance Management

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Group Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, the Senior Manager, Supplier Performance Management leads BSP's supplier governance framework across all procurement categories. The role drives supplier performance, risk management and relationship activities while ensuring consistent governance that supports business objectives and enhances supplier value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage supplier scorecards, performance metrics and quarterly business review processes across all procurement categories.
• Monitor supplier performance, risk and compliance, escalating issues and driving corrective actions where required.
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain BSP's Preferred Supplier List (PSL) governance framework.
• Partner with Category Managers and Procurement Operations to support contract renewals, supplier development initiatives and procurement decision‑making.
• Analyse supplier performance data and provide insights that contribute to category strategies and sourcing outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BSP's procurement policies, AML/CTF requirements and broader governance obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years' experience in supplier management, vendor management, category management or procurement.
• Proven experience designing and managing supplier scorecards, performance metrics and business review frameworks.
• Strong understanding of supplier governance, risk management and compliance processes.
• Experience maintaining Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs) or similar supplier governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills.
