Senior Partner Organisation Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Partner Organisation Coordinator will support the Partner Organisation Lead in managing outreach and engagement with prospective partner organisations throughout the Incentive Fund Phase 5 grant application process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage timely outreach to prospective Partner Organisations across all grant application phases.
• Maintain and improve systems and tools for tracking, assessing, and decision‑making on grant applications.
• Provide feedback and support to Partner Organisations on their applications and grant outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Community Development, Social Science or related field (desirable).
• Over five years of experience in similar development programmes in Papua New Guinea.
• Experience with grant management processes and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a small, collaborative team and handle pressure and tight timelines.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Proficiency in managing grant application tracking systems.
