Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager

About the role

Lead the portfolio marketing for Vodafone Business Connectivity, Unified Communications and Managed Services, shaping strategy and messaging to drive growth across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead Connectivity & Unified Communications portfolio marketing, delivering timely activities and messaging.
• Build and develop a high‑performing product marketing team, fostering engagement, performance and wellbeing.
• Partner with Portfolio Leads and Local Marketing Teams to create and execute annual marketing plans.
• Define product positioning aligned with Vodafone Business brand and create buyer‑enabled content such as presentations, datasheets, whitepapers and videos.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and strategy.
• Manage relationships with technology partners (Arista, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, RingCentral) to enrich portfolio offerings.

Required profile

• Significant B2B product marketing experience in Connectivity and/or Unified Communications.
• Proven track record developing positioning and messaging based on data and insights.
• Deep understanding of the market landscape and customer challenges across multiple segments.
• Experience managing complex budgets (CAPEX, OPEX, partner MDF).
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management and influence in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to translate technical concepts into clear communications.
