Senior Spa Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Spa Therapist to join our luxury spa environment. You will deliver first‑class holistic treatments, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience while supporting the brand’s wellbeing vision.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a full range of spa treatments – facials, massages, nail services – to the highest standards and within allocated time slots.
• Follow Champneys protocols and ongoing training programmes to maintain service excellence.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of spa and hotel facilities, advising guests on usage and rules.
• Ensure equipment is clean, operational and report any defects promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and complete required training for senior‑level treatments.
• Collaborate with managers and reception staff to manage schedules, changes and guest needs.
• Stay updated on product ranges, new treatments and promote services through talks, demos and tours.
• Drive revenue by meeting targets, recommending home‑care products and providing skin consultations.
• Mentor junior therapists and share expertise.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, friendly and dedicated to exceeding guest expectations.
• Confident in delivering facials, massages and nail treatments.
• Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends on a rotating basis.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
