Strategy Analyst

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development, execution and measurement of BSP's enterprise strategy. Reporting to the Head of Group Strategy & Transformation, you will provide strategic analysis, insights and performance reporting that support executive decision‑making and help drive alignment with BSP's strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, refresh and communication of BSP's enterprise strategy and strategic priorities.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, industry developments and internal performance data to generate strategic insights.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports and recommendations for Executive and Board‑level audiences.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives and business cases, providing evidence‑based recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strategic planning and prioritisation frameworks, performance measures and reporting tools.
• Partner with business leaders to support divisional strategy development, business planning and strategic execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in consulting, strategic planning, investment analysis or business performance analysis.
• Strong capability in quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, forecasting and business case development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing strategic performance reporting, dashboards and scorecards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other analytical tools.
• Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
