Trade Marketing Representative (Wabag)

About the role

Paradise Foods Limited is looking for a motivated Trade Marketing Representative to join its sales team in Wabag, Enga Province. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, building strong trade relationships, and supporting sales growth for some of PNG’s trusted food brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors and key trade partners.
• Execute trade marketing plans, promotions and sales activities across the assigned territory.
• Ensure strong brand visibility through effective merchandising and in‑store displays.
• Monitor stock levels and support consistent product availability.
• Conduct regular store visits to verify compliance with brand and merchandising standards.
• Gather market insights, track competitor activity and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Qualification in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field (desirable).
• Experience in trade marketing, sales, retail or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid Class 6 driver’s licence.
