Account Manager – Customer Relationship & Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager who will act as the primary liaison between our organization and its valued customers. The role focuses on building long‑term, trusting relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, uncover new opportunities within existing relationships, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, handling inquiries, issues, and strategic discussions.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and value‑add initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while aligning solutions with client needs.
• Develop trusted‑advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors to become the go‑to resource for business challenges.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively prospect for additional sales leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client‑facing sales, or related customer‑relationship roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building lasting partnerships.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a results‑oriented mindset focused on closing deals.
