Senior SMP Supervisor

About the role

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Senior SMP Supervisor to join its PNG Operations team on a FIFO 4:2 roster. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role involves planning, coordinating and supervising daily crew activities while ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, production and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily work crews on site.
• Ensure compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements.
• Meet project quality, production and environmental targets.

Required profile

• Australian recognised Mechanical or Fabrication Trade Certificate.
• Proven experience as a Senior SMP Supervisor or Superintendent in the resources sector.
• Demonstrated ability to provide accurate daily progress, manpower, equipment and productivity reporting.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on safety.
• Proof of right to work in Australia, a valid passport and experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded).
