Service Operator – I‑Frac Acid

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Operator I‑Frac Acid to join its operations team in Boroko, Papua New Guinea. The role involves preparing and operating specialized frac‑acid equipment on‑site, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery for our energy‑industry customers.

Key responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down frac‑acid equipment at well sites under direct supervision.
• Prepare equipment for each job and coordinate clean‑up, repair, and readiness for subsequent assignments.
• Perform required calculations and collect data on‑site, distributing information as needed.
• Operate high‑pressure pumps, DME units and blenders in accordance with job designs and key performance indicators.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering services that meet specifications and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum six months of relevant experience and completion of required competencies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
