Digital & Technology Specialist

About the role

The Digital & Technology Specialist will report to the ICT Manager and play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, business process automation, and data‑driven solutions across the organisation. This position focuses on leveraging AI, analytics and Power platforms to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create opportunities to use data and AI for performance and productivity gains.
• Design, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.
• Build data pipelines for ingestion into the analytics enablement platform.
• Support local and global digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide timely technical assistance via the ICT Service Desk for digital applications.
• Collaborate with Heineken APAC and global hubs to share innovations.
• Assist the ICT Manager in improving workflows, controls and user satisfaction through digitalisation.
• Step in for other ICT team members when required.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science or Data Science.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar digital/technology role.
• Proven track record developing and maintaining Power BI solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities with complex data sets.

• Power BI (dashboards, reports, data models)
• Programming: Python, R, Java
• AI frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Peras
• Microsoft Power Platform: SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
• Cloud platforms for AI deployment: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• Generative AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot
