About the role

The Graduate Development Program at Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners PNG offers recent graduates or final‑year students in Applied Physics (Mechanical/Automation/Electrical) a structured pathway to develop as future leaders in the beverage industry.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Internship or relevant work experience (advantageous)
Willingness to travel and work across PNG locations
Passion for learning, collaboration and growth
