Procurement & Contract Specialist – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies for road and highway infrastructure projects, preparing tender documentation, and managing the full procurement lifecycle to support major transport and energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for road and highway infrastructure projects.
• Prepare procurement plans, tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and bidding packages.
• Manage pre‑qualification, tendering, bid evaluation, contract award and negotiation processes.
• Maintain procurement and contract records, reports and audit documentation.
• Support project risk management related to procurement and contract administration.
• Provide procurement and contract advisory services to project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience preparing bidding documents and procuring works, goods, consulting and non‑consulting services, preferably on MDB‑funded projects.
• Strong communication skills in English.
