Project Coordinator – EU

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of EU‑focused projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and updating of workplans, schedules, milestones and resource requirements.
• Coordinate collection of project requirements, stakeholder inputs and maintain records of scope and deliverables.
• Arrange planning meetings, track actions, and maintain risk, issue and change logs.
• Monitor progress through meetings, site visits and data collection, updating performance trackers.
• Track project expenditure, commitments and forecasts with Finance and flag budget variances.
• Prepare and consolidate progress reports, meeting minutes and project documentation for review.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, meetings and logistics.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with project management software for scheduling and tracking.
