Activations Executive

About the role

The Activations Executive will lead the implementation of marketing activities for a specific channel (GT or MT) in the region, collaborating closely with the sales team to develop and execute the annual volume program.

Key responsibilities

• Implement marketing initiatives for the assigned channel, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
• Work with the sales team to develop appropriate PICOS (Product, Insight, Channel, Offer, Strategy) for the channel.
• Plan and design all requirements needed to execute the annual volume program.
• Analyze market share, availability, and distribution reports to inform activation strategies.
• Negotiate and coordinate with vendors for POS material and promotional assets.
• Manage budgets and track execution performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, marketing agencies, or similar environments.
• Proven ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, budget management, and execution excellence.
• Fluency in English and Pidgin.
