Bridge/Structural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Bridge/Structural Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design of bridges and structures for highway projects, especially those funded by multilateral development banks (MDBs). The role combines technical expertise with a collaborative mindset to deliver high‑quality infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design bridges and related structures for highway projects.
• Ensure designs meet the requirements of MDB‑funded initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve engineering challenges creatively.
• Maintain design standards and documentation throughout project phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
• Preferably a Master’s degree in structural engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bridge/structure design for highway projects.
• Experience with projects funded by MDBs is a plus.
