Business Intelligence Analyst – Mobile Financial Services

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn raw Mobile Financial Services data into actionable insights. Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics, you will support strategic decisions through dashboards, regulatory reporting, and customer‑behavior analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Superset) tracking transaction volumes, revenue, active customers, agent liquidity and churn.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, anomalies and opportunities.
• Prepare regulatory reports for the central bank on mobile money transactions and float management.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of customer transaction patterns, agent network performance and product adoption to recommend upselling, product improvements and liquidity actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or Reporting, preferably in Mobile Financial Services, FinTech or banking.
• Proven ability to work with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and to build ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of wallet‑to‑wallet transfers, cash‑in/cash‑out, agent commissions and float management.
