Capacity Planner

About the role

Paradise Foods Limited is seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Capacity Planner to join its Supply Chain team. In this role you will balance capacity, customer service, inventory, operational efficiency and cost performance across the manufacturing network while collaborating with Supply Planning, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Warehousing and Commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling capacity plans, analyse production capabilities and regularly update capacity assumptions.
• Convert demand plans into capacity requirements and propose solutions to meet customer‑service and inventory targets.
• Assess capacity needs for new product launches or promotional campaigns to ensure production availability.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Planning, Purchasing, Finance, Warehousing and Commercial teams to align capacity decisions with corporate goals.
• Build capacity reports, run scenario models, track key performance metrics and drive continuous planning improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in capacity planning, supply planning, production planning or manufacturing operations (FMCG or multi‑site preferred).
• Strong understanding of S&OP, MPS, MRP, production scheduling and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with Syspro and Power BI is highly regarded.
