Quality Systems Coordinator

About the role

Paradise Foods Limited is looking for an enthusiastic Quality Systems Coordinator to support its commitment to food safety, health, and occupational safety. Reporting to the Quality Systems Manager, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain robust quality documentation across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Documentation Control Procedure, maintaining master lists, version control, and accessibility of all controlled documents.
• Assist the Quality Systems Manager in preparing monthly compliance reports and tracking key metrics.
• Coordinate monthly Action Tracker meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain the Training Register, track mandatory training completion, and deliver QA‑related training sessions.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and monitor corrective actions.
• Identify gaps in document management and training, recommending improvements aligned with industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar quality systems role.
