Cloud and Digital Products Specialist

About the role

The Cloud and Digital Products Specialist will join PNG DATACO LIMITED’s ICT team in Port Moresby. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on managing, configuring, deploying and optimizing the company’s cloud and digital service portfolio for wholesale customers.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor and optimise cloud and digital product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and wholesale clients to capture requirements and design suitable solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and support solution‑selling activities.
• Track product performance, analyse usage data and prepare regular reports.
• Recommend improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards and alignment with market needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Cloud & Digital Product Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and performance assessment.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and relationship management.
• Sales‑related experience, including product presentation and solution selling.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Experience in cloud platforms, digital service delivery or telecommunications/ICT environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site within a cross‑functional team in Port Moresby.
