E&I QA/QC Supervisor – FIFO (12‑month)

About the role

Brunel International is seeking an experienced E&I QA/QC Supervisor to join a major process‑plant construction project at a mine site in Papua New Guinea. This FIFO position operates on a 6‑month roster and offers a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance and control activities for all electrical and instrumentation works during construction.
• Coordinate inspections, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve non‑conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update quality management systems and documentation control procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an E&I QA/QC Supervisor on process‑plant or mining projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation standards, codes, and quality control procedures.
• Experience working on remote mine sites, preferably in PNG or similar environments.
• Ability to work FIFO on a 6‑month roster with flexibility for contract extension.
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or Quality Assurance.
