Graduate Mechanical Trainee – Port Moresby

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG is launching a Graduate Development Program for recent graduates in mechanical, automation or electrical disciplines. The role offers a structured pathway to develop technical and leadership skills while contributing to the company’s beverage production operations across Papua New Guinea.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through key business functions to gain hands‑on experience in production, engineering and operations.
• Participate in meaningful business projects that support the company’s growth objectives.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior leaders to apply analytical solutions to real‑world challenges.
• Travel to and work at various PNG locations as required by the program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical, Automation or Electrical engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites in PNG.
• Passion for continuous learning, collaboration and personal growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
